Does anyone have any good bologna (baloney) recipes?

I had to kind of giggle at the number of folks who like their bologna almost burned. That's the way I like mine too. Heck, if there's even a few black spots, that's fine by me too. It sure is good fried and on a sandwich with cheese and a lot of plain old yellow mustard. There's not much else to do with bologna as far as I know.
