Yup, we are one of the few counties, Canada included, that doesn't make use of the whole animal routinely.
Bologna is sausage and only the meat, grind and the spices makes it balogna.
It's also good on a grill with some BBQ sauce and a good dose of smoke doesn't really hurt it either.
