I haven't read all the pages so this might have been posted earlier: FUNERAL MEAT is what we often call it. Grind up a hunk of bologna, add pickle relish, mayo, sometimes hard boiled eggs. Great on a fresh bakery bun ! Our church always serves this at the Fall Soup Supper and every year we make extra and set aside for a guy who comes to buy it. He gives us more than what we charge and we're both happy !!
