Does anyone have any good bologna (baloney) recipes?

Campfire or kitchen...

  • Get a very thick chub of bologna (3 or 4 inches, wrap in foil with BBQ sauce. Set on side of grille while cooking chicken, ribs, etc. When main course is done, open foil to a very good bologna. May be burned a little, if so just cut burnt crust off and enjoy the inside.
  • Fried bologna or pepperoni in a cast iron skillet! Use leftovers to catch catfish and creyfish!
  • I second that. Cast iron skillet, medium heat, fry two slices of bologna until lightly browned, put a piece of american or cheddar cheese between the two slices and melt, add to toasted bread with mayo, mustard, lettuce and tomato. Yum.
  • Back in the day my Mom took slices of bologna and simply fried it until crispy brown!

Gotta admit if you do for the kids today they love just love it.
