When we ate meat, I use fresh bread that I leave open over night. I cooked a large onion and about the same amount of celery in a stick of butter and then add some poultry seasoning and tear the bread into it. To make it less dry I take some of the turkey broth I've made with the neck and giblets ( the rest goes in the gravy ) Now we are vegan so our T-day dinner is a harvest sides.
