Dutch oven cookbook

Found this while I was searching for some Dutch oven cooking ideas. I do not have it yet, but plan to order it. I didn't know if it would be of interest to some new Dutch oven enthusiasts. terry r.

    There's quite a few excellent books on the topic. The International Dutch Oven Society has some some free vids and a list of books at idos.com

    Glad to see another forum member interested in the fine art of d.o.s!

    By the way the IDOS World Championship Cookoff is in Utah this year.
