- Sounds good and one I'll have to try. I'm not sure about the "Texas inspired ingredients " though, sounds more Italian to me.:B

- YUM! I have an old cast iron dutch oven and a couple of cast iron pans - haven't used them in years and years. Guess I'll need to figure out how to get them ready to use again in our new TT.
