I have a large selection of D.Os and cast iron skillets.
I probably use the 10" D.O. and 10" Skillets more than all the others.
Treat em right and they will outlast your grandchildren.
Unlike others I prefer the flat bottomed stove top models.
I can set them on a lid holder for legs, or on a grill grate...
I do think the flat lid is more practical.
From a cleaning standpoint, I prefer lids that don't have the multiple
cast drips in the lid. Harder to clean and season.
