Easy Dutch Oven Recipe

Tried this one today. Left out the mushrooms and sage and it was still delicious. You can change it up as you want and it will still be good. In the various versions around the internet the only constants are the beef, the sausage, the potato and the onions. The rest is up to your tastebuds.
