Easy individual micro cakes

You're all missing the ultimate disposable cup for kids, and yes I've tried it.

Make the mix and pour it into an ice cream cone. It bubbles up to the top and looks like a small ice cream sticking out of the top.

Those look really good. I will have to look for them.

I haven't seen the Betty Crocker microwave cakes yet. I will have to look for them. I don't like to make up a big batch of something that we won't use. Thankfully I don't have to rub my pennies together yet either.

Have you seen the betty crocker microwave cakes? Same concept but sold as individual servings in different flavors. I haven't gotten to the point where I rub my pennies together yet so this is the route I take for these small, micro cakes.

I found that some of the disposable bowls I already had can be used in the microwave. Made it tonight on our camping trip. Big hit!!!

We use the "I cant Believe its not Butter" cup. small one for the small cake, the larfer one for the double reciepe.

We moved to a larger town last year. My old kitchen décor was coffee cups so I had a number of them to dispose of in the move. Someplace on the internet, I found many recipes for desserts made in a coffee cup. Brownies, apple or peach crisp, etc. (sorry, not finding it when I looked today) I made a larger batch of the peach crisp topping (with oatmeal & brown sugar) and portioned it out into a snack size baggies. I put tissue paper in each coffee cup, added a little snack container of diced peaches, the baggie of oatmeal and the recipe. Then gave the cups to friends around town. They had a cup to remember me (if they wanted to, that is !!! LOL)
