Easy individual micro cakes

Saw this receipe on Facebook and tried it this weekend, would be great while camping. I used Lemon cake mix and topped it with cool whip and fresh strawberries and blackberries.

1 box of Angel Food Cake Mix
1 box of Any flavor cake Mix you want
Mix both boxes together and store in air tight jar.

To make individual cake use a coffee cup or a soup mug

3 tbps of mix
2 tbps of water
Mix and Microwave for 1 minute.

(You can also double the receipe for a little more cake
and micro for 2 minutes.)

I couldn't believe how easy and delicious it was. Just remember that on of the boxes MUST be the angel food mix. Enjoy :)

This is the 3-2-1 cake, but I would start at 45 seconds. My micro couldn't do a minute without overcooking and making them tough. Of all the cup cakes I've tried this is the best one. If you add in chips they will settle to the bottom and make a syrupy icing on the bottom.
