I do think the quality is better when they are done in a pyrex bowl. The problem with mugs is lead and such changes the cooking ability of the micro. The little glass bowls don't and are consistent.
Leo I don't have the mix at the moment, but I plan to make some up for the summer and I will weigh and calculate it.
