Made this for "the crew" yesterday. Six adults and seven children age 10 and under. Doubled the recipe. There was A LOT of it! Only about a cup of leftovers, which I enjoyed for lunch today. Even the fussiest eater (grand-daughter) ate it without complaint. Everyone else clearly enjoyed it.
I guess we like to "waste" shrimp over here.
