Fat-Free Half & Half?

I nuke my cup of egg nog because I like it warm on a cold night.
It seems lighter :C

For most of my life I avoided fats of all kinds. Then my doctor told me I have to go on a low-carb diet. I love breads and pastas, but I had to change. I lost 30 pounds and kept it off for 3 years now.

So I eat plenty of proteins and fats. I reject low fat or no fat products. My blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol are all in good numbers.
