For us, it all depends on how long we're staying and how long we've been in place. The first day's breakfast is usually pretty standard, eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, etc.
But after we've been in place for a few days, we do the leisurely campfire breakfast.
Pie irons - sausage, eggs and cheese on crescent roll dough in the pie irons around the fire.
We also at the same time do bacon on a stick (that's all, just wrap bacon around a stick and hold over the fire) and sometimes we do bread on a stick.
Camp coffee - made in a percolator and done on the fire. Strong, but it is camp coffee, after all.
This is a nice, relaxing breakfast that takes a long time to prepare and eat. You can eat the first round while you are making the second round :).
