For simplicity, I make a big skillet of whatever combination of ingredients I have on hand in a huge cast iron pan and just sit and watch it. Sausage, potatoes, onions, mushrooms, peppers, squash, sweet potatoes & fried potato seasoning. Almost nothing is off limits.

Got to ask one of my BILs to make his bread pudding (minus dried fruit since a munchkin I know is on a raisin strike. Sigh)so I can take it camping. He'll nevah give me the recipe for that OR his ducana OR his conch fritters but he'd prolly be tickled pink to know his nieces and nephew "asked" for it:W
