I mix in Woschesster Sauce and the 'original' Open Pit BBQ sauce to the raw beef BEFORE I cook it.
Not enough to over whelm the ground beef, just a little bit of each to add flavor.
Most of my guests can't pin point why it tastes so great they just think it is really good beef and/or how I cook it! :W
