Eggs?? You making meatloaf or hamburgers??
I actually do mix the ground beef just like I would for meatloaf. The eggs help hold the burger together since the Lipton onion soup mix is a dry seasoning packet. Have been making this way for several years now and have yet to have any complaints. I sometimes will also add a little BBQ sauce into the mix as well which is very tasty! Tim
