Tony's seasoning and a little extra garlic powder and coarse ground black pepper.

I was in a hamburger joint years ago and had the best burger I ever tasted. I asked someone next to me what made them so good. I looked up and there was someone rolling up hamburgers in a ball and putting it under their arm and flatting it. I almost lost it.

A regional seasoning Suzie Q it goes on everything..

Montreal Steak plus garlic powder.

Salt, pepper, and green chile strips on top-nothing else!

Usually just salt and pepper, but Montreal Steak Seasoning is really good too.
