Slightly off the subject. A week from Sunday the local Elks Lodge is doing a fund raiser. I am taking both my 12" and the adjustable tube and smoking eggs on a couple of pits to make deviled eggs. A big hit. Great taste, great product, great food.
Love smoked deviled eggs. Also make egg salad with them. Soooo goood
