Good choice IMHO. Best food in it's class; in fact food quality is what separated it from it's competitors when the line first started. I was initially concerned when it was bought by RC but had no need to be; Royal Caribbean has allowed the 2 lines to have their own personalities. I haven't yet traveled on any of the newer mega ships under the Celebrity flag but hope to in time. The kipper breakfast in the main dining room keeps calling me back ;).
RC is nice in a bigger, brasher manner and they serve an amazing variety of foods in their buffet area but I only ever ate there at breakfast time.
Oh right and back on the original topic, LOL, can't recall a lot of sauces on roasted meats on ships but if it makes you unhappy one of the nice things about cruising is the ability to really have it your way in any food area with the exception of the buffet's hot food line.
