I have my grandmother's Farmers Fruitcake recipe. It has none of the candied fruit in it. Canned fruit that she would have grown on the farm. If you are looking for something old fashioned and different, say so and I'll post the recipe. I love it, but don't make it often as I just can't keep my hands off it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
