I have a thermostat that I set for 75 and after 10 minutes the furnace turns off and the temp inside the RV is not even close to 75. What could the problem be?

Could be 'high temp limit switch' opening.......if heat exchanger airflow is restricted the exchanger can overheat.
Restricting can be on return air side, discharge side or combination of both.
Items stored blocking return air to furnace and/or registers closed off/blocked
Could even be intake/exhaust vents obstructed....dirty dabbers etc.
