I have a thermostat that I set for 75 and after 10 minutes the furnace turns off and the temp inside the RV is not even close to 75. What could the problem be?

Is the furnace controlled by the A/C unit in the ceiling? If that is where your thermostat is you will need to set it higher to get the temp up to 75 down at floor level.
