FYI, if you feel like making hearth style bread

His method obviously works, but for RV'er who don't have a processor this will also so work. It's so easy to clean I have never bothered with the processor or the mixer for our daily loaves.


Using autolyse and forgoing the knead, which isn't necessary if time is substituted. Bread can be made with little more than a scale, hand mixer and a couple of measuring spoons. I use a sherbert container from start to finish for my dough.
