Thinking this would be a good spinoff to the Egg Central thread.
What are your favorite recipes that use eggs?

Mine involve bacon. My favorite subterfuge recipe is Wilted Spinach Salad with Bacon and Eggs. It looks healthy but the calories say otherwise.:C
