Large pot, bone, 2 lb frozen mixed veggies, taters, onion and Barley. Water as needed.
Bring to boil and let simmer until taters are soft and meat has fallen off of the bone. The longer the better for the flavors to blend.
Even better when re-heated as left overs!
I had a problem with a spiral sliced ham bone. The slicer nicked the bone a bunch and I had bone chips in the soup.
