Greek salad
Took this picture of a Greek salad when we visited Athens, Greece. NO lettuce, slab of feta on top. It was FABULOUS. Next time you order one at a stateside eatery, don't expect the real thing.

Luverly and the cukes (or was it green peppers or both?)give it great crunch I'd imagine.
Somehow I keep missing Greece; you make me long for the place:cool.
