We made these for our Baconlicious July 4th family day. I converted it for the dutch oven and they came out nice. To convert to a d.o. use an aluminum pie pan instead of the baking pan and place the pan in the bottom of the d.o.

Use the d.o. conversion guide chart for the correct temps. Remember that windy days will change the baking times. You should use a wind blocker to keep the coals burning steady and not too hot. In cold weather, you will need to add a couple of extra coals because of the ambient outdoor temps.
