HELP, HELP....our popovers are sticking in the muffin pan

DW is stumped. This is done at home not in the RV. First time in a special non-stick popover pan....they came out easy. Since then, it has been a hassle to get them out. DW has been spraying Pam...

Once in a while as I am watching TV I made hundreds of circles to fit in the bottom of the pans. Than I have to make sure I do not lose them. I fold the wax paper so I can cut out about six each time.
I thought it was just my gluten free flours that make it necessary.
