Chile Verde using green enchilada sauce and pork chunks. Wrap in flour tortillas. I always kind of improvise what I put in them...onions, mushrooms, chopped green chiles, cheese, whatever sounds good at the time. The green enchilada sauce is faiirly runny, so you can put in a LOT of stuff with only a can of sauce.
