Hey! I won the chili cook-off...wow *updated with recipe

First time I'd ever entered a food contest. Granted it was a little bitty one at the RV Park. But still, I was happy. The two-hour taste-off was endured with beer and wine with the other cooks ;-)....

And ohhhhhh how I wish I could post a Texas chili cook off joke I have that was emailed to me a few years back! It is one of the funniest things I have ever read! downright hilarious! I even laugh just thinking about it.

But I'd get deleted if I posted it here...

But good on you for winning! great stuff. I love chili.
