Grape Salad
2 lbs red seedless grapes
2 lbs green seedless grape
Wash and dry completely
1 8oz pkg cream cheese at room temp
1 8oz sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all together in a deep bowl with a mixer.
Pour over the grapes and gently toss to coat
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
Sprinkle over salad just before serving.
Don't make it with fat free stuff, it gets watery if you have leftovers!
