How many sides are too many?
Looks like a small turnout for Thanksgiving at our house this year. My wife starts rattling off all the dishes she thinks belongs on the menu and I tell her that we have more side dishes than people....

We've got fifteen people coming so send some of those dishes my way. The day before I cook a turkey dinner for my entire staff of 22 and serve it at my store. In two days I'll have cooked 48 pounds of turkey and 12 pounds of ham plus sides. Now, when does Christmas come.
