Sounds like a normal menu to me :)
I love doing a lot of cooking, but I hate the effort and planning to get everything done at the same time. For me cooking is relaxing, and I don't need the stress with thanksgiving. I cook all week, starting with the pies, everything one at a time. The final thing is the turkey which is ready sometime T-giving morning. I reheat everything that's cold, and no one can tell the difference ;)
I love that I can use my trailer as a second kitchen, if I need more fridge space, or another stove burner.
