How many sides are too many?
Looks like a small turnout for Thanksgiving at our house this year. My wife starts rattling off all the dishes she thinks belongs on the menu and I tell her that we have more side dishes than people....

I think we tend to try to make everyone's favorites. I always made a cheesecake or a dessert, but there are always many pies, etc. I think this year, I am making some peanut butter fudge -- that can be enjoyed for days afterward. Also taking slaw and baked corn. Hate to go empty handed.
