Despite the fact that I'm in the middle of celebrating the Lunar New Year ("Gung Hay Fat Choy, Y'all!") my mind is still thinking forward to St. Paddy's Day;).
This year I'll be "corning" a piece of brisket again in honour of the day. No green beer though:D.
Oh right and here's my base recipe:
AB's Corned Beef
Think I'll freeze apart of the roast so we can have a nice hash during the summer for a special breakfast.
