Steaks like nice, I have had quite a few cooked in the skillet, but also prefer the grill!!
Now the Jack Daniels' brisket is not among our favorite quick meals. We find the sauce is a little overpowering for our taste. We like the the Sadlers Smoked Brisket from Wal-Mart. We buy the large package and take home and divide it into about four servings for the two of us. It cooks in the microwave in minutes from frozen, add just a little Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce and it is a qreat fast meal. Makes a good "sam-itch" also........
