Just had our hog jowls
black eyed peas and cornbread. We had the Farmland smoked hog jowls this year and they were great. Happy new year to everyone.

In my family it was blackeyed peas, cornbread and buttermilk. I wasn't too fond of the milk, but it seemed that a sip was enough to ensure good luck.
