Lemon Drizzle Cake
A little different technique, here. A very lemony cake done in a food processor-with a boiled lemon!!
I baked mine in an 8 cup tube pan. After the drizzle, I made a glaze with lemon juice and powdered sugar. If you don't have castor, (superfine) sugar-just grind granulated sugar in the food processor before you start the rest of the recipe.
