Make ahead and freeze
I was wondering what are some good make ahead and freeze meals for a longer trip(2 weeks)? thanks, Dean

This is a good recipe for Enchiladas except I use Corn Tortillas dipping in my heated Enchilada Sauce to soften them.
Chicken spaghetti is also a great "make ahead" food.
