Make ahead and freeze
I was wondering what are some good make ahead and freeze meals for a longer trip(2 weeks)? thanks, Dean

We will steam some baby back ribs, and also steam chicken pieces. Put them in freezer bags with some BBQ sauce and freeze them. Defrost and throw them on a hot grill and when hot, they are ready.
