I like to do real cooking when I'm RVing, but I do a lot of pre-cooking at home. Pre-cooking meat, sauces, etc and putting them in tupperware or freezer bags and freeze. Meals while camping usually are made by just assembling the frozen ingredients and heating. Pretty fast, but still homemade
