I thought that the sandwich was the only real reason for making the meatloaf in the first place. If I really wanted hot ground beef I'd grill a hamburger.
For hamburgers I like have a blend of different meats. The last ones were about 2\3 pork and 1\3 beef. The seasonings were similar to what I listed above but smaller amounts so the burgers stay together on the grill.
