I think your list looks good to me with a couple of exceptions.
My first worry would be the beer/college kids. I think that might be something you would want to think hard about because of the attraction versus the ages involved? Don't want some 18 year old wrapped around a pole after the party.
Dips would be the other thing. Every party I've been too it seems that the dip ends up being unappetizing after people finish dipping, tasting and generally overdoing the amount on a plate. there's also the mystery of trying to match dip volume to dippers. If there is a large amount of anyone item in the trash it's generally dip that outlasted the dippers. I think if you could come up with a reasonable way to make them hors d'oeuvres you might be better off.
I think I would consider slider buns for the BBQ.
