A few of my favorites:
Toasted Pecans (melt a little butter, add pecan halves to coat, put on baking sheet, sprinkle salt over, bake low heat (250) till crisp)
Meatballs in sweet & sour sauce (frozen meatballs and La Choy red sweet & sour sauce--keep warm)
Deviled eggs
Ham wraps: Using packaged ham slices, spread softened cream cheese over each slice. Place a dill pickle or green onions on each and roll up. Slice the ones with pickles into bite size pieces.
Party spread (this from a good friend)
mix two 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened, and 1/2 C mayonnaise
divide between 4 bowls
Bowl 1 - add 5 slices cooked, drained, crumbled Bacon
Bowl 2 - add 1/2 C chopped pecans
Bowl 3 - add 1 small can crushed pineapple, totally drained
Bowl 4 - add chopped peppers of choice
Spread on your choice of party bread or crackers
I love appetizers and finger foods, so I look forward to all the ideas you get here!
