Need a new idea for an New Years Appetizer
Heading off to a New Years celebration and I am looking for a new appetizer to take. Any ideas out there? Craig

Reuben Dip:
1/3 lb corned beef - chopped up
1/2 lb big eye Swiss cheese slices-chopped up
8 oz cream cheese (cut into chunks)
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
8 oz can sauerkraut, drain well
Heat together in small crockpot for 2 to 4 hours then stir up. Serve with cocktail rye bread. I get meat and cheese from deli case.
