This may not be for everyone, but I love my Camp Chef Mountain man grill. It has 3 surfaces, 1 cooks over your fire, another holds wood or charcoal under the 3rd which cooks over that. I love my morning bacon cooked over the fire. I have a small propane grill but have not used it since I bought the mountain man. I can understand some people preferring traditional grill due to convenience and set up. Just another option.
That's a good looking rig. It would make a nice addition to the Dutch Oven Cast Iron Chef's portable kitchen equipment. My son is making me a chuck box to fit on a hitch mount cargo carrier. That Mountain Man would be easily integrated into the design. Perfect for those trips to Dutch Oven Gatherings.
