Been using my GMG DC for over a year now.
I pick up my pellets at Menard's Hardware, better pricing than anywhere else I've seen.
My favorite recipe is getting a brisket at Sam's Club, season it with Goya red cap, and then smoke it at 180 for 8 hours flipping every two. Slice some onions and then put the brikset into a tinfoil pan, cover with a can of beer and put the onions on top. Cook another 1.5 hours at 350. Remove from pan and cook another 45 minutes or so at 350.
Before smoking I do remove all the fat. Most recipes say to leave 1/4" but I don't.
About every 5 times of using it I take out the grill and grates, throw in the dishwasher and vacuum out the bottom.
