Just bought a pack of oreo cookies(haven't had any for a couple years). I always pull the cookie into 2 parts to eat, when I pulled the first one apart I saw the cream filling was about the size of a nickel. The second one's filling was about the size of a quarter, and the third one had the normal filling amount. It seemed to be a pattern like that for the whole package. Thought about complaining to the manufacturer but wondered if anyone else ever noticed anything like this. Maybe this was just this package or perhaps this is something like many other products today-reduce the size instead of raising the price(like ice cream going from 1/2 gallon to 1.75qt to 1.5qt) :h ps: wouldn't it be great if this was the biggest problem we had in life

I have not had an Oreo in years. Our youngest grandson inhales them when they get near the house.But, I have noticed things getting smaller (not the price). I think it's just the way it is, everyone is trying to hold prices to be competitive.

Bought a pack of hot dog buns and there was 5 in the package (I am in Thailand) use to be 6. Coke here is now in 11oz cans, and a dozen eggs is now 10. But prices stay steady haha.

I was told that my grandmother* raised her children when the price of a gallon of milk was a nickel {{my mother's dob was 1904 and I'm 73 now}}* re. the inheritance I got...... missed 100 by 6 weeks, she did.:p

WOW.......You folks either don't do the shopping or you don't play attention when shoppingEverything has gone down in size/quantity so that pricing can remain the same (close) OR it is the new larger size at much higher price seeing as the new larger size is the size it used to be.Maternal Grandma raised my Mom, Aunts, Uncles and couple of their Cousins (13 total) during the 1920/1930's on a dairy farm. Had their own one horse delivery service fresh churned butter & milk.They were lucky to get a nickel and have a means of support.Grandpa was a railroad man that got run over by freight train shortly after last youngin was born in 1925 Tough ole southern girl.

I had a Reese's peanut butter cup about a year ago for the first time in years. The cup is lost on the cardboard square! Girlscout cookies come in about 3 to a package. The list goes on and on....

GEISHA tuna in water is the best tasting in my opinion.

Geisha also has the least amount of rodent droppings and hairs and insect pieces than any other brand, per USDA.

Geisha is usually a whole chunk with minimal, or non-existent, shreds.

Oreos have fewer cookies in the package, but the individual cookies are still the same size/shape etc as they've always been, and are very uniform. You got a manufacturing boo-boo.

Maybe you'll get more once they've finished their move to Mexico with cheaper labor.

Canned tuna is now 5 oz instead of 7 and most of the tuna is really small shreds.

Mention it to the mfr. If it's an error they will likely give you coupons for free stuff. Heck, even if it isn't they'll give you stuff just for taking the time to do that. They do not want unhappy customers!

Had some Jimmy Dean sausage with a patch of really spicy stuff in it. Not supposed to be that way. They sent over 30 bux worth of coupons.
